    He has extensive training in causing Transformation and is skilled at coaching his clients to achieve extraordinary results. His consulting process involves helping individuals and teams to articulate a clear, universally held vision, which will guide and stimulate them to create strategies and ways of working together to achieve unprecedented levels of performance. Sandeep is a disciple of Swami Paramahansa Yogananda and a student of Bhagavad Gita and Kriya Yoga. He is trained in Ontological and Phenomenological Model of Leadership by Werner Erhard (Independent Consultant, Expert in field of Transformation), Michael Jensen (Prof Emeritus Harvard) and Steve Zaffron (Senior Landmark Forum Leader, CEO of Vanto Group). Sandeep has also been trained in the Seminar Leaders Body of Landmark.Sandeep has wide experience with companies in their start up phase, across diverse industries. In his last corporate assignment as General Manager with Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL or Times Group, India), his teams delivered a huge increase in revenues over previous years in a very short span of time, while other branches were struggling to achieve last year actual revenues. He also spent 21/2 years in Times Private Treaties in BCCL, where he led BCCL's investments in various businesses across verticals that included Media & Entertainment, Luxury, Gems & Jewelry, Food & Beverage, and Hotels.Sandeep was instrumental in launching the Locally Bottled Scotch business for Diageo/UDV in India, and went on to manage their entire Scotch portfolio in the country. As Head of Marketing for STAR TV's foray into the FM radio industry, he was instrumental in developing the format and programming strategy and their launch of 'RadioCity'. Sandeep then moved on as Head of Marketing to kick off operations for Hutch Telecom in the Punjab circle. In his capacity as Head of Business Development & Research, Sandeep was responsible for the launch of FM Radio Station 'HIT 95' for Millenium Broadcast, in Delhi. Sandeep's in-depth experience in research for those product categories formed the core of business and communication strategies for these companies. Sandeep holds a Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and a Masters Degree in Management Studies from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
